Branding for a Whisky Festival

I created the look and feel for a seasonal whisky festival in a global chain of duty free stores.

The photographic style was based around high-end cocktail bars. The products sit on a rich wooden bar top with a spotlight illuminating them. The logo has a brushed metal finish, with a 3D edge to create a robust premium finish. The identity is completed by using a deep blue background with a spot highlight to fit in with the product photography style. The borders are created using the same golden metallic effect as the logo.

The campaign was implemented in airports throughout the UK and proved a huge success. The client praised the event’s eye-catching visuals and distinctive presence within the store. One member of the marketing team commented that it was one of their “most impactful seasonal events”.
