I worked with an exhibition stand design agency to create the concept for this installation. The concept was to create a milk bar inside the convention hall that could be used to showcase products and act as a meeting space.
The stand took on the appearance of a hipster coffee bar with white brick effect walls and hanging light bulbs. The customers could choose from cereal, hot drinks or milk shakes. The cereal was served from glass containers on the front of the bar and the milk was dispensed from pumps similar to beer taps.
The stand was very popular with delegates and worked well as a meeting space. The concept was so well received by the client that they considered opening a pop up cafe in the centre of Dublin, however the budget for this couldn’t be found.
